机器人学习数据操作基础模型人机交互安全
论文动机是现有机器人操作数据多来自少量实验室场景,难以支撑策略在真实家庭和办公室中的泛化。DROID的核心贡献不是提出新模型,而是设计了可跨机构复现的统一采集平台与流程,在13家机构的564个场景、86类任务上收集7.6万条野外示教数据,并附带多视角图像、深度、标定和语言标注。实验表明,用DROID训练的扩散策略在6个任务、4类地点平均较现有大规模数据方案提升约20%,更稳健且更能跨场景泛化;增益可能主要来自scaling/data。
